Jonathan McElwain is the absolute best! This my 3rd car purchase from Jonathan. I was recently in an accident that totalled my car. Due to the current weather and people's work schedules I couldn't find anyone to bring me to the dealership on my only day off to purchase my new car. The car I chose was at the Elwood location. So, Jonathan went to Elwood picked up my car and picked me up, so I could get my car and not miss work. He and his coworkers stayed late, even though they had other things going on with family and the storm. His customer service is amazing, he builds real relationships with his customers. A bad week was made so much better because of thier dedication to helping thier customers!
