Steve was very helpful and he held my 2025 Silverado just in time for me to get a good deal I would recommend to buy from Deil and talk to Steve his desk is first to the right when you go in the front door.

I went in with a weird request to find a car to upgrade to with my car as a trade in and I needed a larger car that could fit a dog car seat cover for the back seat, it was too big for my current car. Gavin was very patient with me and was happily along for the ride to find me a car that it would fit in lol. Sadly the car we did find and that would’ve been perfect was not able to fit in my monthly payment limit but I will continue to keep my eye out on new cars they get brought in.

JJ was a great help in getting me the truck I wanted. He even went out of his way to deliver it to me in New York. Thanks again.

We have went to other Diehl locations and we ALWAYS come back to Grove City. Their customer service blows others out of the water! Others should learn from this team. Mike made phone calls on our behalf, that he didnt have to. Steve is always so helpful and friendly, as we have bought a few vechiles from him.
